5 Stars We were very satisfied from the initial visit right through to the final handover. We were so happy with the professionalism of Steve in particular, and all of the tradesmen. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Everything was clearly communicated at the start and all work kept to schedule. Outstanding work by all!

Very professional staff and all the men were so friendly and careful. When I had one larger concern (height of screed). Bryan handled it very well, came and saw me the same day etc and we work out a compromise. I was impressed with the customer service. We have already told several family and friends out you!

We were so impressed with Novale. Everything was well planned and well executed with a refined finish. They communicated clearly, and kept everything clean and neat the whole time, and finished the project when they said they would. Our flat was well cared for and the block outside of our flat (the stairs, foyer and the downstairs area) was kept free from mess too. There have been many complaints about renovations in our block, but there were none about ours, which was a great relief. The fact that we had a couple of other (messier, less organised) contractors working in the flat at the same time but Novale worked around them and tolerated their mess, was very helpful to us too.

Many people (like us) are reticent to either recommend a bathroom renovator, or even to start the renovation process due to the horror stories.

The Novale Bathrooms experience exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Where do we start…
we were impressed with Marc whom was appointed as our Site Supervisor.
He turned up at 7am every single morning as he said he would, he kept us informed ahead of time as to which trades would be at our home each day, the work areas were kept clean and tidy by Marc throughout the build, and Marc also communicated with us for our decisions throughout the process instead of doing something he
thought we might like.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Novale Bathrooms to any prospective clients.
